This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on Karen’s Spice Kitchen website.

The information we collect is your name, address, email address, phone number. If you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's address. In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected are their name and address.

We use the information you provide about yourself to complete your order. We may use name and email address to send periodic newsletters, cooking tips and specials. When you receive such an email, there is an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the page allowing you to “opt out” of future mailings.

We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time will we provide your contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order or by court order.

Important note: We do not store credit card information. This information, once submitted to us, is used to place a single order through a third party credit card processor. Any subsequent purchase will require that credit card information be entered again.

Karen’s Spice Kitchen collects and remits sales tax as required by state and U.S. law.

Return Policy
Back Orders, Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available.

While Karen’s Spice Kitchen makes a good faith effort to track and correct any errors in shipment, Karen’s Spice Kitchen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays in shipping due to weather conditions, Customs, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information.

Accessories (cooking utensils, aprons, etc.) must be returned within 30 days of purchase accompanied by the original packing slip, must be in resalable condition and in the original undamaged packaging.
